Projects: LOOPS : SURGE and LOOPS

Doug Clark at ASU has a DRK12 project called SURGE to study games in learning force and motion at the middle grades. We'll implement the games in Molecular Workbench!! This seems like a very good opportunity to collaborate and share resources. LOOPS can use the games as one option available to teachers for specific learning goals. Furthermore, he plans to use a simplified FCI being developed by Hestenes. We can use it too, in the baseline. Doug's October 15 description of the games is attached.
